I’m Vivikta Kona, a 20-year-old with a dream to build invincible companies that empower people to live fulfilling lives. Before you dive into my Thop Verse journey, let me share my story. Back in high school, I always dreamt of being the ‘it’ student – the one everyone looked up to. I admired the confidence of those famous students, but I never had the courage to showcase myself. Fast forward to 2020, I entered Osmania University to pursue my B.Tech in Chemical Engineering after two intense intermediate years. The unfulfilled desires I buried deep within were reignited. I was determined to make the most of my college years. That’s when Thop Verse (formerly known as E-Cell) entered my life like a refreshing breeze on a sunny day!
Strategic Planner
I started my journey of evolution here at Thop Verse with being a strategic planner of wide range of events. Starting from Thop Talks, Thop Obsessions, Transition Events, NEra Conferences to Thop Ideathon contests. It was here that my leadership journey unfolded. I not only built teams but also led them, investing my heart, time, and effort to ensure the success of every event. Emceeing over 25 events nurtured my public speaking skills, and it was during this time that I discovered one of my strengths – a “strong screen presence.”

On August 7th, 2021, I spearheaded a team of 10+ members to orchestrate the first ANMOL Awards, making it a big hit. Soon after that I knew this newly built courage will now take me to the places that were unknown to me until now. Event after event I started building and improving my leadership skills, resource and budget management skills, along with refining my logistics planning and promoting eco-friendly event practices. Furthermore, I mastered my public speaking skills with these physical events too.
Our Story Presentations & building "THOP" brand
My communication skills took a major leap when I started giving many Our Story (the story of Thop Verse) presentations to various types of audiences. From an one hour long to 20 minutes presentations I have crafted as well as presented many types of it. It was during this period that I delved into understanding the essence of the “THOP” brand—its logos, ethos, and pathos. Additionally, I played a role in visual brand design when we revamped from E-Cell to Thop E-Cell.
Interactions with mentors and team
One of the things I relish the most about being part of Thop Verse is the abundance of opportunities to connect and spend time with my peers, who are also my teammates. This time is dedicated to our personal development, transforming us into the thought leaders of Thop Verse. We aspire to grow both as individuals and as a TEAM. Another highlight is having our Thop Mentors just a text away. There are times when they practically became my Google to answer my questions.
My debut "single" authored book and OUR STORY!
July 7, 2022 was the day when I launched my debut “single” authored book namely, OUR STORY: A journey of defying the laws of nature while defining nature itself! This book holds a special place in my heart as well as my team’s. This is because, it the metaphorical hearticulation of how Thop Verse operates fundamentally as team. We follow a decentalized leadership model where each one of us take the ownership and responsibility of the team. And this was the moment when I felt the sense of satisfaction of achieving my dream to be an author as well as the kid who was loved by everyone around her. I now knew how to create my own opportunities and a well crafted pathway to my dreams. It was very proud moment for my parents, our pioneer and guru Shravan sir and my whole team.
The emergence of the "Thought Leader" within me...
Within just two weeks at Thop Verse, I became part of core team discussions known as Town Hall Meetings (THMs). This was huge for me because I discovered the impact of my expression on those around me here. There were moments when I might have seemed silly, innocent, or vague, but I was amazed to realize my own strong opinions and perspectives on various matters. It felt like I was looking a new version of myself daily in the mirror.
Since then, I’ve been both a participant and a leader in discussions covering our team dynamics, building Thop Culture, establishing Thop Traditions and the Thop Ecosystem, scaling ourselves, creating new projects and opportunities, etc. As the Thought Leader of Thop Verse, I learned to be a situational leader, navigate challenging times, and maintain balance. Consequently, I contributed ideas to our significant goals like Thop YOUniverCity, Thop Life Model, Thop Matrimony, Thop City, Thop Leadership Institute, Colleen Is Queen and more. I’m also now the co-founder & chief creative director of T-VAT, the commercial wing of Thop Verse.

I am the Co-founder and Chief Creative Director at T-VAT. In addition to this, we also provide virtual assistance services, including crafting flyers, marketing videos, presentations, brochures, etc.
Ceannaire of Colleen Is Queen
Colleen Is Queen is a new era women empowerment platform which is not just for women but for everyone. We believe that every person possess both masculine as well as feminine energies in them. It is important to embrace both of these energies and we tend to live a more fulfilling life when both women and men work together hand in hand.
Other books that I authored
“100 Solved Chemical Engineering Problems Using Aveva Process Simulation” is a compilation of different models of Chemical Engineering problems. Whereas “Uncommon Accomplishments of Common People” is the compilation of untold and heart-warming stories of common people around us. Both the books with poles opposite subject gave me some interesting learnings.
Mixers which left an impact
Frequent monthly meet ups and mixers are like part of our daily lives for us Thopies. We love meeting new people and create opportunities to meet each other. I’ve had opportunities to visit T-Hub, T-Works, Isha Foundation, Chinna Sodha Yatra, Zen Technologies, Cyient, our mentors homes too sometimes which enabled us to dream big and make it possible.
Until Thop Verse, all my life I didn’t realize how I always desired to be the LEADER that I am now. I felt I was afraid of taking responsibilities before I actually took it up. I now realize how I have been attracting the right people, the right opportunities and the right time to level up myself, build myself to be the person who I am today. Likewise, I believe universe will always conspire for me and in general for all of us to be at the right place, the right time and meet right people… If you have come to this long to know about me, then maybe universe is conspiring for our collaboration!
