Our Team met Asritha in an activity called CSY, organized by Palle Srujana. Where few of our thopies explained Asritha about the concept of Thop E-Cell. She started joining the obsession calls and have been consistent since then in attending and participating in all the Obsession calls, Transistion talks and Thop Talks. We are glad to have Asritha as one of our Thopies. Her presence has brought in a lot of new energy into the team. Her dedication, determination and disciplined nature makes everyone admire her. 

Asritha within no time, have understood and owned Thop Value system so deeply and have become one of the core members and key decision makers of the team within the first few months of her advent. Asritha is an all rounder. She is a great orator, energetic host and a poised decision maker. She has been organizing many events since then and have been assisting many thopies to pursue their dreams. She is a powerful leader and a reliable person. She is very good at being accountable and is very consistent at giving updates of any task she takes up. 

She wants to pursue her career further in the field of Psychology and assist many through her leadership skills. Presently she is doing an internship to learn about HR skills. Asritha has won many number of awards during her UG at Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts&Science college for Women, University of Madras.
