Mythri is a person who is always enthusiastic in learning and exploring new things.She is a very active person with good communication skills , leadership qualities and also time management skills which make her shine all the time .She has been part of E-Cell for past one year. Over a span of just one year, she has involved in many E-Cell activities and consistently improved herself with the support of E-Cell team. She has made 4 industrial visits in first year itself. She has good leadership skills and a good team player as well. Under the guidance of Dr. Jyothi Thati, she, along with her team has done a ground breaking project on Plasma Activated Water (PAW) and completed writing a review article as a part of it. Her performance in this project was appreciated and it opened her many other opportunities in E-Cell. She Co- authored the book “Be a Thop at the Interviews” which gives an insightful analysis on how recruiters choose a candidate for a job and tips on how to prepare for interviews. When one of our alumni came forward to assist us in improving our communication skills by conducting ‘Monthly Round Table’ sessions, she took the lead and is now organizing it smoothly. She is well known for her unique work style. She works with lots of dedication and consistency. With her strong ability in managing time and desire to learn, she participated in many interactive Thop Talks, Gratitude project and English classes. She is a part of Thop Consultancies services, a consultancy company initiated by E-Cell team and involved in framing rules to that company. She was also a part of E-Cell website team. Currently, she is working as a Customer Relationship Manager for two potential real estate agents in U.S and learning entrepreneurship skills from them. Apart from academic and E-Cell activities, she is a cadet in National Cadet Corps (NCC) Air wing.
