Vinay is one of the two people who initially believed in the concept of E-Cell, owned it and took it to the stage where E-Cell is now. He has exceptionally good leadership skills. He never criticizes people, but rather understands their situations being empathetic. He never shows his back to the people whoever they approach him for help. Whatever he does, he leaves his mark. He does it with perfection. He is a very responsible and reliable person.

If he gets to know that any of our E-Cell member is feeling low, he will immediately talk to them and encourage them to improve their state of mind. He spent hundreds of hours to talk to people to encourage, appreciate, and help them towards their goals.

He has excellent writing skills. His write ups amaze people, even the most experienced people. The words he uses are very powerful. He is a good explorer. He explores every little thing possible right from a basic tool like word to technical simulation software like COMSOL and PRO/II. He follows the principle “Quality learning is important than Quantity learning”. Whatever he learns, he learns from microlevel and will not leave even minute concept. He is very patient in learning. Because of which he learnt many simulation packages and He is Aspen plus certified user now. Whenever he gets opportunity to learn something (not only related to Chemical Engineering) he takes it up. For instance, he attended a workshop in Big Data and Machine Learning at University college of engineering, Osmania University.

He is a very good influencer too. His maturity levels are very high. He is an experienced person with great values. He sees the beauty and creates happiness even from little things and he has a great aesthetic sense towards nature. People who worked with him say that he is a very good team player, who fills gaps in the team. They say that they enjoy his company very much.
